This was inspired by the classic ceramic Christmas tree lamps that have been around for a long time. This version is reimagined for the modern age and is now fully 3D printable!

The lights require minimal filament, so it's a great way to use up some of your end of rolls.

Print Settings:

Layer Height (Tree): 0.3 mm

Layer Height (Others): 0.2 mm

Infill: 10%

Supports: For star only

Brim: Recommended for star and lights

Material: PLA

Colours: Dark Green, Gold, Brown, Miscellaneous for Lights (Red, Blue, Yellow, Orange, etc. - Use shades that are as translucent as possible)

Instructions:

1. Print one each of the tree, trunk and star

2. Print 100 lights (91 required, but print extra). Vary colours in quantities of 25, or whatever you prefer.

3. Add LED puck light to base (max 3.5" diameter)

4. Screw base into bottom of tree.

5. Insert lights and star.
